It's never too late to be what you might have been. -- George Eliot

Jill Hingston, LMFT

When we experience difficulties in life, it's not uncommon to have problems functioning at optimal levels. Working from a strength-based, client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe, comfortable, nurturing environment where we can focus on discovering how you can live your life most authentically.

I help provide support and guidance for individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. I can help with skills to express yourself, communicate effectively, shift your thinking to a more healthy and balanced perspective, and improve your ability to connect with others.

Because I use a strength-based approach, you will be reminded of what assets you do possess in order to help work through the issues at hand. Sometimes the hardest things to see are those that are right in front of us--or within us. I bring strong clinical experience, empathy, humor, warmth, and connection to the therapeutic setting.
